I enjoyed my two nights in the King Room with Garden View, appreciated the variety in breakfast options, and found the staff to be very accommodating. the shower design presented a challenge with poor grip, and I noticed that parking was quite limited with only a few spaces available.

great access to beaches and stunning landmarks
I really enjoyed the fantastic 10-15 minute walk to both gyllyngvase and swanpool beaches, which made my weekend so enjoyable, and the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay delightful with a delicious breakfast every morning. the only downside was the smooth shower controls that were a bit tricky for me to handle, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience.

great location , but some minor room issues
The room was beautifully appointed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it a pleasure to return after a long day of exploring.
The bedding was slightly worn, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

I loved my 4-night stay here, especially the delicious breakfast every morning and the cozy shared lounge where I could relax with a book. There were plenty of comfy spots to chill and unwind after a day out, which was a big plus! The shower had a bit of a slick handle that made it hard to turn on, but it was totally manageable. I'd definitely recommend this place! 😊

Exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfast
My recent stay in the King Room was wonderful. The hosts, Andy and Jenny, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my experience feel personal and special. The freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight, especially the amazing scrambled eggs and homemade jams. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions, but it would be great if there were more parking spaces available.
